Toby Wallace and Andrew McMenigall, two colleagues at Aberdeen Asset Management, are setting out to cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats in July. They plan to cover the 960 mile route in seven days, averaging just under 140 miles per day.

According to Andrew, “the route is a bit longer than the usual route, taking in some more ‘interesting’ scenery.” In addition to this they have decided to shorten the time period from the normal 10 to 14 days to 7 days to provide more of a challenge!

The cycle will start out from Land’s End on Tuesday 2 July, with the aim to to arrive at John O’Groats on Monday 8 July.
